The 2019 Ford EcoSport is offered in four trim levels; S, SE, SES and Titanium. Within these trims, two engine options are available. Front-wheel drive models are powered by a turbocharged 1.0L three-cylinder, while a 2.0L 4-cylinder powers the all-wheel drive models, both sending power to the wheels through a 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission. Auto start-stop technology helps with fuel efficiency, which is an estimated combined 25-mpg for the 2.0L 4-cylinder engine. The base S trim comes with a choice of two powertrain options; a front-wheel drive 1.0L 3-cylinder or all-wheel drive 2.0L four-cylinder. It starts out well equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, quad-beam headlights, auto start-stop and hill start assist. Inside features include a rear-view camera, power accessories, driver information display, a 4.2-inch infotainment screen and a 6-speaker audio system. Stepping up to the SE trim, while the same two powertrain options are available, the EcoSport sees several more standard features. Standard features include 16-inch alloy wheels, leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, 6-way power driver's seat, automatic LED headlights, keyless entry and ignition, fog lights, roof rails, power moonroof, auto-start-stop and hill start assist. Optional 17-inch wheels, blind spot information system, an 8-inch touchscreen and navigation can also be added if desired. The SES trim is available only in the all-wheel drive 2.0L 4-cylinder and adds a sporty character to the EcoSport. Building off the SE trim, the SES adds 17-inch alloy wheels, sport-tuned suspension, steering wheel paddle shifters, roof rack crossbars, blind sport information system and rain-sensing wipers. The infotainment system features an 8-inch touchscreen with voice-activated navigation, SiriusXM satellite radio and Ford's SYNC 3 system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The EcoSport Titanium trim is available in both powertrain options and brings an equally impressive list of standard features. The Titanium build off the SE features with 17-inch alloy wheels, heated leather seats, a premium 9-speaker sounds system, 8-inch touchscreen with voice-activated navigation, Ford SYNC 3, HD radio and chrome exterior accents. Several optional packages are available to be added to the standard options. The SE Convenience Package adds blind spot information system with cross-traffic alert, a 7-speaker audio system and Ford's SYNC 3 with voice-activated 8-inch touchscreen with navigation. A Trailer Tow Prep Package allows you to tow up to 2000 pounds depending on model equipped. A Cold Weather package adds heated mirrors, heated steering wheel and windshield wiper de-icer. All EcoSport trims come with standard safety features that car buyers are accustom to, including a suite of airbags, emergency brake assistance system, tire pressure monitoring system and daytime running lights. Roll stability control and traction control provide safety and confidence while on the road, using brake and throttle control to help keep all four wheels under control.
